The Art and Antiquities Division of D.A. Baranski & Company was founded in 1979 by Dennis A. Baranski. It provides certified appraisals for a wide range of fine art and antiquities. The firm's Brokerage Division engages in the private placement of works of fine art for institutions and individual collectors worldwide. Our retainer based "Private Client Program" offers advisory services to investors and collectors regarding acquisition and liquidation of fine art, collateral evaluation, charitable donations and insurance. In addition to our in-house staff we rely on our network of international resources including the world's foremost art experts, art historians, conservators, museum directors and curators.
As consultants, D.A. Baranski & Co. serves collectors and institutional clients including museums, libraries, banks, insurance companies and corporations.

Dennis A. Baranski, president and CEO of D.A. Baranski & Co. Art and Antiquities, holds a Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law. In 1981 he was court qualified as an art expert by the Federal District Court for the United States in Topeka, Kansas. He serves on the faculty of Washburn University as an adjunct professor of Art & Business. As an author and lecturer he specializes in the work of American Masters and investment in the world of fine art.
